Probiotics Benefits

Having spent years on my own health and addressing my own curiosity, I find your thoughts to be very much in sync with mine, with one exception. I don't see anything about probiotics benefits here and wondered what your take is on that. I found them to be key to dealing with a damaged immune system. Good work! ANSWER Hi Bonnie, Thank you for the compliments about my site. I've mentioned probiotics benefits on several pages of my site. It's a big site so it's easy to miss (you could go to site search and type in "probiotics" to find them). I do believe that probiotics and prebiotics are key to a strong immune system. But they need to be high quality - most products are not. Check out my page on alkaline supplements for my prebiotic and probiotic recommendations. I also want people to realize that they need to work on getting the harmful bacteria back down to low levels as well. Otherwise the good bacteria will not have many places to recolonize.
